Decentralized instructors honoured
"The education of young people is a vital component in shaping the future of VEGA Grieshaber KG" – Jürgen Grieshaber, managing partner of VEGA.
Twenty-six educational officers from all departments contribute to the vocational training and internship programs at VEGA. They all take part in a special development program called VEGA A Master. The goal of the VEGA A Master program is to raise the level of qualification of the educational officers, especially in the areas of social and personal competence as well as method competence. Through regular participation in workshops and seminars and the completion of successful educational projects, the educational officers can receive the certificate of Decentralized Instructor.
